I’m on my second order and have to say, I’d hate to be without them now.
They genuinely work for me, if I take 2 capsules, around an hour before bedtime. Sleep seems to come faster and is deeper, more restful.
Haven’t used the recommended one capsule for daytime use yet, but will be keeping it in mind.
